I have stayed at this hotel on serveral occasions and each time I have been met with great service and an excellent quality hotel. This hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and staff is always pleasant and helpful. I will always return to this hotel when travelling in Kamloops.

I've been staying at the hotel full time for 7 months with a couple more to go due to work. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and I've had no problems. A plasma tv would be nice but I've had a room with a full sized stove, fridge and microwave. This is a small trade-off I don't mind making. I've received my paper and bottled water every day and staff always greet me by name when I walk in. The food is very nice too. The laudry room in the hotel is quite cheap ($1.25 each for dryer and washer) and the machines are in good condition.

Being goverment, I've had a great rate, given that I have a full kitchen, my price is a $15 more than the government rate at most hotels in town without a kitchen.

The only real complaint I would have is that the wifi signal is weak if you stay at the end of the hotel by the pool.

This is a very average hotel. The rooms are basic, nothing special and the wifi is not strong. The staff is friendly and the adjoining restaurant is amazing!

As with a previous writer, I'm surprised at the negativity about this place. OK, it's in need of a lick of paint and the decor is a little dated, but I found it clean, quiet and comfortable.

I had a "deluxe" suite. This had two bizarre accessories: a "jacuzzi" IN THE ROOM *not the bathroom), which really was redolent of a 1970s TV programme like The Persuaders! The other waas some kind of faux gas-powered fireplace, which actually did give off heat and unbalanced the aircon.

However, the room was as stated well-furnished, clean and comfortable (housekeeping was very good), and the staff helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The hotel also has a small but enjoyable fitness/pool room.

Kamloops in january is pretty out-of-season but the Four Seasons is as good as any place to base yourself. I had aadecent breakfast every day, and a fine steak one evening, in the attached "Ric's Grill", which I believe is a Canada-wide chain.

I stay here multiple times a year.I notice there are many negative reviews and I feel they are unwarranted. This hotel has to be put into context that it is in Kamloops, and if you see the other dozen motels along Rogers Way I am sure this one is by far the best. Is it older? Sure, but so are all of them in this town. I have stayed at 5-star Sheraton's and it is unfair to compare this to one.

Staff are always extremely friendly and go out of their way to provide the best service: I have yet to find better service anywhere else in North America. Yes rooms are dated as is the tv but I would much rather stay here than the 1-2 star options nearby. Adequate swimming pool (with a slide) and a few pieces of cardio equipment and a universal apparatus.

Kamloops is a driving city so this location is perfect, just a 2min drive from the mall and main shopping area, nice quiet location and amazing view of the city if your room faces the right way. Internet connection is great.

This is a 3-3.5 star hotel. Is it worth $250/night? Not a standard room, but they do have suites. Is this luxury? No, but it's Four Points, not Sheraton so put things in context.

For the @ $200.00 with taxes, this hotel was a disappointment to say the least. The room is one of the most poorly thought-out deluxe rooms I have stayed in. The fireplace looks like it was dropped in the livingroom, same with the hot tub. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was situated above the garish casino-style entry lights for the hotel, giving it the same sort of feel one might get from staying in a superstore shopping market. The tv is outdated and requires some binos to see properly. All-in-all a $65 roadside hotel room dressed up as something special (which it is not). On the positive side, the food was good. Take a pass on the hotel, and stop for the hashbrowns.

While it was certainly not the cheapest place to stay, I can imagine that it is among the better hotels in Kamloops. The rooms were clean, though the shower was a bit awkward, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast room service that was arranged simply by hanging the checked list on your door the evening before. Breakfast was right on time! While I wouldn't stay here for an extended period of time, it was quite a nice stopover, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a short stay in Kamloops. Also, the staff was very friendly.
