“Beautiful Lake”
Reviewed January 20, 2012

Beautiful lake and area. Did not stay at the resort here but have heard it is good. Only drove through a few times. Lots of dead pine and the time before that lots of yellow pine pollen floating on the lake. Never fished this like but would still like to. Beautiful enough to try camping and fishing at, although not my first choice. I prefer to be out in the deep woods, where there are less people and more wildlife abounds.

“Great spot for nature”
Reviewed December 28, 2011

This little resort is often forgotten about. Just a quick drive from Kamloops, it is a perfect oasis for bird and nature watching and to do some fishing. Beautiful lake easy to get too also. Simple rooms, rustic but comfy.

“Decent camping experience”
Reviewed August 7, 2010

The beach is ok with a small sandy area and dock & a few leeches. The campsites in the lower portion are shady and quite private but up the hill there are hardly any trees because they have had to cut them down due to the pine beetle kill. There is an ok playground for the kids. All outhouses are with flush toilets but no showers at this campground. The downside for us was the campsite up the hill with no shade when it was 35 C out.
