“Good hamburger”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 5, 2014

Good flavour but down side is manufactured patty that takes away from the overall flavour of the burger. Good portion of fries.

“50/50”

BBQ chicken burger was good and a nice amount of chicken...on the other hand chicken strips were over priced and processed chicken.

“Keep on walking.....this is not the hamburger you are looking for”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2014

Short version: AVOID.

Longer version:

When you got several food options all within walking distance of each other, you would think that raises the bar for expectations. Well, now take that bar and put on the ground, or better yet, bury it a couple feet and this place still wouldn't come up to par.

If you want to transport yourself back to the late 60's early 70's type of dive-y summer time place that serves obviously pre-made, frozen fare and pay today's prices, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, pick any food establishment within 500 feet of it and you will do much better.

The burger was a overly salted frozen patty and the fries were the cheap wavy type fries with no taste to them what-so-ever.

My 11 year old, who is a walking vacuum cleaner when it comes to food, stopped eating his meal because it didn't taste good to him. Wow. That does not happen often. Literally 30 seconds later, he asks where we are going for dinner. So, currently hungry, but not willing to eat this meal.

The "value" combo comes with a sandwich, fries, and drink. But that drink is the smallest cup made and then they charge fifty cents for a refill. No option to upgrade the size (yes, I come from the USA land of Super Size me drink with unlimited refills).

I will say the service was okay, but I really question a place that literally only has one employee (may be the owner?) working as the order taker and the cook, so he was running back and forth a lot. Also makes me wonder about handling the register and then the food.

“Burgers to die for...and the fries!!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2014

Food is amazing. There's not too much one can say about a burger joint that hasn't already been said, but if you can, give it a whirl. No frills but truly excellent value. Spotlessly clean and lovely location. Outdoor patio is great too.

“One of the worst”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2014

It's hard to mess up burgers, yet this place had the worst I have ever had in my entire life. Mushrooms from the can, processed cheese, so much lettuce that you couldn't find the miniature patty that they inexcusably passed for as their "burger". Avoid this tourist trap at all costs
