Demonstrations and restored buildings make for a fun learning experience. Easily seen in half a day. Also, the village of Fort Langley is worth strolling through and grabbing a bite to eat or a coffee.

“Great job at bringing history to life.”
Reviewed February 9, 2012

A great place to visit on Canada Day - besides free admission there is a ton of family friendly activities plus the knowledgeable costumed interpreters bringing the fort and history to life. If you don't like crowds, the fort is equally impressive throughout the year, with daily presentations to see and take part in. I've learned something new every visit. A guest who'd been to the area several times, and she was very surprised she'd never been taken there before, finding it a very worthwhile stop.

Thank you for the great review. We agree that Canada Day is a great time to visit if you are looking for a celebration atmosphere, and other days are great for getting a great demonstration or chat with one of the costumed interpreters. Thanks for stopping by.
