We read the reviews on TripAdvisor and came here for a nice dinner. Our three younger children were not made to feel unwelcome (but make no mistake - this is a fancy place). The decor is very modern and clean, which we love! Our server was polite, but not particularly friendly. He still did a good job though. You really want to come here on a beautiful sunny day! We unfortunately came on a rainy day and could not sit on the patio to enjoy the AMAZING koi and waterlily pond! Such a shame, because we are only in town for a week. One word of advice: do NOT order the steak bites. I have never had a more disgusting appetizer, with large chunks of fat left on the steak, and an overly salty Asian sauce. The poutine is also just so-so, with not enough cheese and too much (again, overly salty) gravy. The beef tenderloin, however, is a MUST. Absolutely melts in your mouth. The dessert menu was surprisingly uninspired. I mean, ice cream sundaes? Donut holes? At a fancy place like this? We usually look forward to dessert, but took a pass this time.
