We were visiting family in Williams Lake and found ourselves at Boston Pizza on several occasions, most of them with a two year old child. I have to say over and over how impressed I was with the warm, friendly service on the part of the staff. We went two days in a row (and on other occasions) and our server actually remembered all the allergies and preferences of our group. The food was hot, fresh, and good. Salads are HUGE. Pizzas come in useful sizes. The way the staff treated the little one was heartwarming and much appreciated.
My husband and I also dropped in to the BP sports bar downstairs and had a quiet drink on one occasion. Again, nice friendly service, decent wine list, and a real feeling of welcome.
We really want to thank the staff for making us (and our determined little granddaughter) feel so welcome. I also noted an unfortunate, drunk 'street' individual come in to the place, and watched the staff treat this person with warmth and respect, even though they had to ask him to leave. Our experience at this BP has caused us to visit other Boston Pizza franchises on our travels. Thanks from us.
