Mohave Grill actually catered 2 meals for our 2013 Johnson MS Bike Tour event. The first was the evening celebration dinner -- Smoked Beef Brisket. Honestly, I have rarely tasted beef that was not only cooked to perfection but that was so flavourful that, even though I was already full I wanted more. In fact we heard that same comment from SO many at the dinner that night! The 2nd meal was the event's Wind-Up BBQ -- Smoked Pulled Pork on a bun with salads. Again, this is not typical event fare. Dave, you blew it out of the park! We are impressed as event organizers and our fundraising participants went away knowing that we value their contributions by treating them to the very best -- top-notch quality! Dave couldn't wait to demonstrate what his recently acquired Tennessee Smoker could do -- well, now we know!
