The Good first..... best rooms in Red Deer, can upgrade to the VIP room for drinks and breakie which is great, on the weekend the downstairs lounge has a piano player and the specialty coffees are perfect. Now the not so good, the outdoor pool is great but come Sept they stop heating it and so the water is to cool to swim in, the steam room was broken once again and the sauna just doesn't get hot enough to use.
If they would add a Jacuzzi indoor or out and fixed a few minor things this hotel would be so far ahead of anything else offered in Red Deer, having said that its still the best place to stay unless you have kids with you then go to one of the hotels with an indoor pool and water slides otherwise not much for them to doMore
