Pastry to die for. Unusual dishes. Home cooking. Fabulous staff. Incredible local talent performing often, accompanied by great house wine. Love it!

A very quaint and homey little cafe with lots of homemade eats and goodies also a very big selection of teas, just all around a place you should try.

Saturday we planned a road trip to Medicine Hat to enjoy the drive and discover the Medalta Museum. Before embarking on our voyage of discovery you need to fuel up.
We arrived about 1PM and the place was packed with only a table for two left. People seemed to be ordering desserts so people were obviously at the tail end of the lunch rush.
We ordered two specials which were the celery soup and quesadilla; and the baked potato soup and meatball sub. Both hit the spot - my wife said the quesadilla was the best she ever had since it was packed with flavor instead of just bland cheese and chicken.
My only negative was it seem to take a long time (20 minutes) to prepare and serve the meal. Given it was soup and "sandwich" I would have expected quicker plating.
The servers were friendly and had just served a full house for the last hour or two.
Good job Inspire Cafe.... will be back another time.

Joined a close friend for lunch at Inspire and wondered what took me so long to try it out. Everything is homemade and tasted fantastic. The mushroom soup was totally out of this world. My friend had the potato soup and raved about it. Located downtown, I suggest you get there early as it seems to be the place to go. There is art work by local artists on the walls and shelfs that is slightly overpriced for a market this small and unknown artist. Such a comfy environment can't wait to go again. The prices were a surprise also, as a large soup and cheese bun was only $6.00!

Inspire has a small menu but everything is delicious and offered at a reasonable cost. The tomato soup is awesome! They do so much to inspire the arts in the community by hosting musicians, Displaying art, And offering dinner and a movie deals. The staff is friendly and the owners personally come around to chat.
