“First visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2014

Our first time into a "Tony Roma's" . We were impressed with the service and the food. Big on the menu are ribs, seafood and steaks. The selection was good and interesting. Kennedy took good care of us. Management was often seen helping out and it appeared they have a good team effort. That could help account for the fast service. White wine runs up to $8.50 a glass and red $9.00. Atmosphere was good. Lighting was not too dim. We had a choice of a booth or table. Parking was good. I found better value here for our money than many other steak houses along Mayor McGrath Drive. We will keep a lookout for other Roma's when visiting other cities.

“New Manager sure makes a difference”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2014

Been here a couple times since Ray has taken over the operation and have noticed a substantial improvement in the place. My preference is to go there for lunch and eat in the lounge. It is quiet and the service is prompt. The lunch specials are a good value, many choices under 10 bucks, I figure that I can eat here for less money than a terrible fast food restaurant even. Not sure where TA is getting their prices from as they have this listed as the most expensive restaurant in town, which clearly it is not. My bill from yesterdays lunch (pulled pork sandwich, double fries, and a coke) was 15 bucks including the tip.

“Great place for lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 15, 2014

We have been to Tony Roma's a number of times and are very impressed with the lunch offering. For $10/12 you can choose from a lunch menu including riblets, chicken and beef. We recently had lunch there ordering riblets and instead of fries they agreed to substitute a salad. Well, were we ever surprised when the order arrived. A good assortment of lettuce ( no iceberg thank goodness ) in a large garden salad and a good sized portion of tasty pork riblets.
Also remember to sign up for their birthday club because you get a free $15 meal anytime during your birthday week.

“Good Ribs”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2014

Not surprisingly, this is the place to go for ribs. Back rib quality is better than at Montana's, where the back ribs are fattier, and on a recent visit, overdone (read charred). However, at TR, you get crisp broccoli (not my thing) and no bread, corn or otherwise. Service is OK, but no offer of fresh ground pepper on the (average) Caesar salad.

“Bagged salad, nasty calamari, dirty dishes but friendly service.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2013 via mobile

Over priced for the food quality. Ordered Calamari that was served on salad from a bag, dried up red onions and we had to ask for the sauce. The portion was small and tasted nasty. Had the rib sampler which was good with mashed potatoes and coleslaw (again came from a bag). Would expect better quality for the price! There are better restaraunts in Lethbridge for those prices. Our sever was friendly.
