We went to this restaurant for dinner one evening, it is very small seats around 10 at the bench bar and around 3 tables & chairs only. The lady serving is quite friendly, they do not take reservations. The owner has been there 18 years and we found the food to be fresh and adequate not cheap but then similar to most Japanese restaurants so I guess being in the middle of a National Park the prices were ok. The Japanese bees and Sake were nice. I think we paid around A$60 for the 2 of us incl a couple of drinks. Can recommend this restaurant
