It was a nice hotel. We stayed in the big suite with a jacuzzi and living room with it. We spent almost 800$ on the room pkg for two nights, so I kind of thought we would have received better service/distinction. But apparently not. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, and it took 25mins to get a drink after we were seated. There were maybe four other tables at that time, too. For breakfast we were told that our pkg included either the buffet or menu. However when we were seated the server stated that we could only have the buffet. We were also told we could have room service for an extra charge, but when we asked for it we were told they would only bring up cold items, eg. Not anything cooked. Lastly, we were suppose to get sparkling wine and truffles upon arrival, however it never came. I later has to remind the front desk on our last day.
I did find the front desk staff to be great though! But I would not spend my money there again.More
