After a short bus journey we arrived at our raft 16km out of Jasper along the Athabasca River. Our raft guide was Mark, what a great guy he turned out to be. He had a superb balance between humour and insight. He chatted about the landscape, the geology and the wildlife, in between keeping us amused. He enjoyed the questions and his answers were well judged. We had a glorious time drifting down the river under a clear blue sky. If you want a delightful side trip when in Jasper look no further than this. Organisation was perfect and all the staff helpful and appearing to be totally stress free. We loved it. It was ideal for all ages.
