“To much for so little.”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Had to wait an extra 2 hours to get in our room due to slow housekepping. Front desk clerks were rude and non-caring. Hotel decor is outdated, need to put some money back into this hotel. Rooms were somewhat clean but carpets had lots of stains so keep your shoes on at all times. Hot tub area is in the parking lot and the safety handles were very loose. I have stayed in nicer hotels in Las Vegas for way less money and was treated with more respect and dignity. No type of security, bikers were noisy all night one night and no one from the hotel would do anything about it, not even call the police. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Room Tip: Check your room and pool area before signing in.

This hotel is easy to find and about 30 seconds drive from the main Highway. We stayed for just one just one night as part of a road trip through the Rockies. The room we were given was compact but adequate. The bathroom was small but clean and, again, adequate. We did not try the hot-tub as it was outside. There was air conditioning but it did not really work that well.

The bed was really soft and very comfortable, but a summer duvet this was not! I am sure that the duvet would be great in winter. All that said, we had a good night's sleep with the duvet at the bottom of the bed.

The motel staff were really friendly and answered easily all questions about Jasper that we asked. The motel is only a few blocks from the railway station and the shops on the Main Street is only a few minutes walk.

Breakfast was a typical low budget breakfast and you are given a voucher to hand over to the staff. if you are from England then think Hilton Express or basic continental breakfast (with waffles) and you get the idea. The quality was okay, but the staff on the day that we ate were a little sullen.

Super comfortable bed, king room with comfy chair and table with chairs. Nice bathroom space. Very nice and knowledgeable staff, easy to get to. Good value for the market and we would definitely stay there again. Laundry, continental breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Room Tip: Room with one king bed has extra space for lounge chair.

We found Mount Robson Inn online and wouldn't have expected such a gorgeous room for such a reasonable price. We chose a king size Jacuzzi suite. It was beautiful and every feature appeared recently updated. The bed was the most comfortable in our two week stay in the area, lovely granite countertops in mini-bar and bathroom, comfy loveseat, champagne - with bucket and champage flutes! Jacuzzi tub and shower were immaculate and like new. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. Good breakfast selections and helpful hint, if you are traveling to Lake Louise, enjoy a 20% room discount at their sister lodge, the Mountaineer if you book both at the same time and stay two nights each! Jasper is fabulous and would stay here again if we're lucky enough to return!

Room Tip: We loved the Jacuzzi suite with king bed!

While the rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly- the room was very pricey for what you get.....I realize this is Jasper and things are $$$ there but the decor is VERY dated. It is not a bad place at all but for 300+ a night- not worth it.

We drove the amazing highway from Lake Louise and found this a tidy place to stay with handy coin laundry and very helpful staff. We used our Rocky Mountaineer National Parkes Pass as kept on my iPhone emails to travel up the parkway in the national park.

Room Tip: 602 was snug but quiet room which faced away from the highway side of the motel.

Stopped here 1 night. Picked the hotel for the location as we were visiting friends in Jasper. This is a basic motel type place. The rooms all are fronted by the walkway and look out onto the parking lot so for privacy you need to keep your drapes closed. The room was clean and had a reasonably comfortable bed, a microwave and a bar fridge plus coffee maker. Shower had good pressure. Decor is minimal motel 90's style. Breakfast is continental style with some cereal, waffle makers, toast, muffins, juice. . Only fruit was apples. Have had much better breakfast's of this type. Coffee in the room was much better than the coffee at breakfast.
Accommodation in Jasper is expensive and for $200 this is very basic. We didn't have lead time for booking so had to make do with the Mount Robson Inn. When I was booking by phone the reservation clerk was very helpful and found me a "senior"s rate. If I was returning to Jasper I'd definitely look at booking early and staying in one of the home stay places.
