Amazing location away from Jasper town with quite the view. Shuttle to and from town was convenient. Cavell's restaurant is very good. Nice hour-long walk from the hotel into town. Internet connection could be faster.

Really an amazing hotel and location, within an even more amazing national park! Our room was very, very large, the bed was very comfortable, the pool and games room were wonderful, and the elk (if that's what they were) all around the hotel were stunning - especially for my friend who had never seen wild animals before (and always wanted to pet them)...

The Fairmont brand never disappoints and Jasper Park Lodge is right at the top. The staff is so helpful, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is delicious and the ambiance is just what you expect.

For the 3rd year we have been wined and dined by the company my husband works for and I feel it feels better every year. Our rooms is comfortable, clean and in the main lodge. The staff are all amazing, helpful, friendly and were able to answer our questions. The location is fantastic, surrounded by trees, a lake with many elk and deer freely roaming about.

I was here for a few days as part of a convention. This is an amazing place, located in the National Park.

The resort has been here for a very long time. It is spread over a very large area but it's away from everything and very quiet and relaxing. Rooms come in a variety of sizes and layouts. Many of the accommodations are rustic on the exterior but very well maintained. From what I saw they have been updated and modernized on the inside. My bed was newer and very comfortable. Bathroom was nicely comfortable.

I found the staff to be quite incredible. From the friendly greeters when you first arrive to check-in desk it was very welcoming. Plenty of help getting your luggage to your room, which can be quite a distance from the main lodge. All of the service staff in the restaurants and the lounge were very nice and provided excellent service.

The setting of this resort is simply stunning. The views in all directions will take your breath away especially for a prairie dweller like me.

The golf course, rated one of the best in Canada, is spectacular.

Jasper town is a few kms away, which I didn't have a lot of time to explore but there are plenty of gift shops, stores and restaurants at your disposal.

This is definitely a high end resort and not for the faint of finances but I wouldn't consider it out of line with similar types of properties. This resort is definitely on my list to return to some day for a getaway with my wife.

Room Tip: Plenty of options to choose from, perhaps worth a phone call directly to the resort when you're booking in order to get exactly what your preferences would desire.
