We let the owner just make us whatever he felt like, we aren't fussy eaters, just like good food.
He roasts chickens in house on a rotisserie, so naturally we had to try a chicken sandwich. He knows just the right combo; shredded beets, cheddar cheese, cranberry mayo, it was a darn good sandwich! We also had a ham sandwich with Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard and some other veg on it. I do think they could improve on the bread used and it was a bit on the pricey side for two sandwiches. You probably aren't going to find a more delicious lunch for cheaper in Jasper though.
My only regret is that we didn't make a second or third trip back.
