Stayed here for one night while on business in Edmonton. Nothing much to complain about, or to get excited about. All in all this hotel is just fine but everything is a bit on the cheap side. Rooms are clean, new but plain and simple. The bed was nice. There is a hot tub, but no pool. The business centre worked ok but the printer was out of toner. To be fair, Edmonton currently offers bad hotel value because hotels are so busy. This one offers better value than many, but is nothing special. It is good for business travelers who don't need much more than a room that works.

We stayed for two nights last week and enjoyed our stay. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the wireless connection was good. The staff is friendly. We would totally stay there again for business. If I was going to Edmonton for pleasure I would definitely try to stay somewhere a little closer to downtown. The only negatives were that check-in was painfully slow, considering the place was empty. The surroundings are not that beautiful, industrial wasteland. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Stayed 3 nights. We had a king room which came with a fridge and microwave. The fridge had a small freezer section in it, which many do not. The bed was great. The windows opened somewhat, to allow fresh air. They provided plastic cutlery in the room, although no dishes, which is not unusual.
As this is a new hotel, opened last December, the beds were in excellent condition and were comfortable. This is our primary concern usually. The lighting was good although we would like a built-in night light to find your way to the bathroom. Don't miss the nifty foot rest that pulls out manually from under the armchair! - easy to miss it.
They have luggage carts, and there are no steps involved in getting them to your car.
Good special opening rates - you need to call the hotel directly for these.
After the first night, the housekeeping service did not clean up our room. They came while we were still in the room, around noon, and did not return after we took off the "do not disturb" sign, which they had ignored anyway. However, when we informed management about this, they made a reasonable adjustment on our bill, and they provided all the towels etc that we needed for the second night.
There was a 100% satisfaction guarantee posted in the room.
Parking on-site and free. It is not very far to the major shopping area of Whyte Ave., although you might want to drive; it is not a scenic walk. Chinese restaurant across the street, but we did not try it.
The usual continental breakfast included; staff were very prompt with refilling the juice when they saw me pouring out the watery stuff that I'd gotten out of the machine.
We thought it was excellent value compared to other hotels, and would go back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Days Inn. We hadn't booked any rooms and when we arrived in Edmonton several of the other hotels were sold out and recommended that we try the Days Inn because it was new. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and the service was great!
