They catered a function for young adults recently. Tables where called to get their meal at approx. 6:00pm. I saw them taking in the food at 5:pm. By the time we were called to get our meal was 6:30, the food was not held at the holding temp of 140 degress this is a major infraction, the food was actaully cold .Weather or not bucas & pasta was not involed they are still responsible for the safety of their catering service and the safe presentation of their food. Buckets of sauces including meat sauce where left out at room temp. Salads where not on a ice tray, just left out at room temp. Unforfunatley since I work in the food service buseness and refused to eat the food provided I have to inform Captial Healh of my findings. They are putting to many people's health on line
