“Remarkable site for families”
Reviewed August 26, 2014

The environment surrounding the building is remarkable and is very appreciated by families and lovers. Big ponds of water allow people to bathe. As for the building, its outside aspect is similar to other parliaments of the beginning of the twentieth century. The next time, I shall try to be able to visit its inside.

“45 min Tour provides quick overview”
Reviewed August 8, 2014

Liked the architecture and attached lands/gardens. Tour focused too much on historical detail I found rather dull - details about custom and meaning of ceremony etc. rather bringing to life the individuals and events shaping the province's history.

“Need deck chairs/loungers !”
Reviewed August 5, 2014

Spent a few days in gardens/ poolside because of lovely weather but there was a lack of comfortable seating. Might I suggest deck chairs/ sun loungers for hire

“A lovely place to visit in the summer”
Reviewed August 3, 2014

A great place to take the family in the summer. There are three great pools for playing and swimming in. Lots of lovely gardens and treed areas for a picnic.

“The Alberta Power Hub of Government”
Reviewed August 2, 2014

The Legislature is the political hub of power for The Province of Alberta. Currently driven by the Conservative trying to stay afloat after a disastrous premier and daughter whom drove the office of entitlement almost to bankruptcy. Her personal suite and affluence was cancelled and the province is back on track for another fiery election. The building is of sandstone from the roman confederation era. Nice gardens in the summer with reflecting pools and fountains. Worth a visit.
