A little gem in downtown Edmonton hidden in plain. Not attention grabbing off the street but once you take the escalators downstairs into the place the atmosphere fills you in. Lines of beer on tap including a rotating daily list of Draft beers. Didn't have the opportunity to but the beer samplers looked great. (the 20 beers for groups of three or might might warrant a return visit). Upscale pub-food. Split the BBQ Burger and The Bison Burger. Both had great flavour and reasonably priced.

Would recommend it for a cozy get together with a special someone or for a large gathering of friends.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here. I was introduced to a variety of different ales, but my favourite was the grapefruit beer. I loved how they offered samples before purchasing because I am not a real ale fan. It gave me a chance to try something new.

Good selection of beers, not bad on the price, good space, but a bit complicated to find. You actually have to get inside a residential building (the pub sign is very small on the building wall outside), and take the escalators (!) downstairs to the entrance of the place.
Service was very good and efficient, considering I was there for a b-day party with almost 30 people in our group.
The place was very hot inside, though, despite the -20 degrees outside.

Stopped in for lunch as a group of 2 while at a conference. We ordered early, before a reserved group of 14 ordered. They got their food first and my buddy waited a half hour for his apple tart dessert. The food was great, however.

This was the first time we visited this restaurant, pub....what ever you want to call it. Lots of different beers to try, food was excellent and price was reasonable. I would go again.

Thank Nifty
