I've been going to Quan's since just after it opened and have yet to be disappointed. For those that have been around for a while, Quan's was started by the daughter of the owners of the old Moon Garden restaurant (which they sold off). Quan's continues in the fine traditions established and held for years by moon Garden. Great food, prepared fresh, at a reasonable price.
For me, the two staples on the menu are the Five Colour Vermicilli bowl's and the lemongrass beef, though, I am confident there is not a bad thing on the entire menu.
As others have mentioned, it is a smaller establishment, so, if stopping by for lunch, come early or come a bit later so you can avoid waiting around.
