My room wasn’t cleaned the day after I stayed - housekeeping error. This didn’t bother me as much as the front desk staff member who told me tat it was because I “didn’t put the sign on my door requesting my room be serviced.” When I explained I didn’t have a sign, and wasn’t aware of the policy, I was told that I would need to contact housekeeping the next day or call the front desk when I wanted my room cleaned. I understand that mistakes happen, but I did not appreciate the front desk person being so unaware of basic hotel policies and making me feel like it was my fault

I was in town overnight for a couple of meetings and to catch up with colleagues. While this hotel is in the south and my meetings were downtown, it is still very easy to get to and makes the rest of the city accessible. And for my return trip, it was close to the south side of the city. The room was good. The bed comfortable. Good pillows. Had to turn the air conditioning down, 20 Degrees C was a little cool, but the room adjusted quickly. Everything was good -- which is what I have come to expect at this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay and staff are fantastic we really enjoyed our stay I would say that they could use larger screen tv in the king room but otherwise we would recommend this place to anyone any time

I love staying at this location, Staff treats me like a rock star.
I have been staying at this location a few times a month for a year now and I will always stay here if possible.
I love the location and have never had any problems with staff or the rooms. It is a very clean and quiet at this hotel,

Still a decent hotel. Room was clean, Didn't get to use any amenities this time. One item that was bothersome was the Wifi which I paid extra for and was not very dependable. I would stay again at this location.

Room Tip: Use the pre-check in on the Hilton App.
