Owner description: The world's largest indoor amusement park, located in West Edmonton Mall.

In the dead of winter or when you want to go shopping without dragging around older kids at West Edmonton Mall you may want to conder Fantasyland. It is essentially an indoor ride park with roller coasters and games aimed at every age. There is an adjacent food court and around 2,000 shops to appeal to everyone, We often bring visitors as the mall is a major local and internaltional attraction. Fantasyland can be very busy and crowded and some of the more popular rides have long lines. Parking at the mall also can be a challenge especially during Christmas, major holidays and bad weather. We often use the outdoor spillover parking across the street from Fantasyland and the Sears Store.

Always have gotten excited going to west edmonton mall over the years. Staying in the hotel, walking down and doing all the mall has to offer. So many activities, stores, places to eat. The hotel is clean, there are theme rooms. Sounds like a great weekend of fun and it is! Definitely check it out if you are in edmonton!

Otherwise, our room was clean, but we were placed next to the elevators, even though there was no noise from the guests, you can hear the elevator going up and down, opening and closing. Plus, not knowing that you need your room key to get from the 4th to the 9th floor without your door card after 9, was a real surprise. We went to get help from the front desk, sure enough, no staff, and if there was staff, they were busy checking in guests. They didn't even know how to use the elevator. Very Frustrating!!!

Again, no help getting our luggage from the room to the main floor or van.
