“The new atmosphere is great.”
Reviewed September 26, 2013

The new renovations are great! The food is consistently good; prices are on par for the quantity and quality. We have always experienced good service even when visiting with small children or large groups.

“I wish other Red Lobsters were as good as this one!”
Reviewed September 24, 2013

Unlike many other locations, this Red Lobster is modern, clean and the food is excellent. We had great service even at a busy lunch time

“It's ok”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

This restaurant, close to the Chinook shopping centre, is in favorable position for who wants to have a fair dinner of fish after having spent money in one of the biggest Calgary shopping center.
It is as well close to the Ctrain Chinook station hence comfortable if you do not have a car.

The restaurant do not take reservation so you may need to wait some minutes prior to be seated (it took for us just 5mins in a sunday evening but it may take longer).
The food is quite good but nothing thrilling, the service is ok. Was pleasant to hang out for some time the drinking a good glass of Chardonnay since the place is not noisy and the lighting creates a good atmosphere around you.

To conclude you may want to go there to have a fair dinner but do not expect to eat the best fish in Calgary (BTW...where you can get it?)!

“Extremely slow service”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

We waited almost 45 minutes to be seated after being told it was a 15 minute wait. The food was okay, but I wouldn't say it was worth the wait.

“Long wait for a very average meal”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

My friend and I decided to see why so many people were willing to wait for up to an hour for dinner!
This family restaurant was very busy on a recent Saturday evening
We decided to have the haddock and chips which came with a side order of salad. I decided to try the Caesar salad, very average salad with bottled dressing and your standard packaged croutons with a little cheese? What a shame. Then came the fries and haddock. The haddock was coated in a very inferior limp coating, again not what I had been expecting and the fries although hot were again limp and very ordinary. I shall not be returning any time soon
