“Get a Milkshake, not a Burger”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

The milkshakes are great... with so many flavours to chose from you can get a different one each week. But, if you're looking for a burger, I wouldn't eat here. They tend to be greasy.

“I hate the cold shoestring fries”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

Last year everything was delicious. The year the fries sucked BIG time. I hate the shoe string fries. They were cold and yucky when passed to me at the drive thru. The cheese burgers, onion rings and milk shakes were delicious as usual.

Be warned though. Peter's accepts only cold, hard cash. No debit nor credit cards accepted

“Great Burgers and Shakes.”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

I have my first triple cheese burger, fries, and shake 40 years ago and this cost $2.05.
The original location got torn down and they bought the block to build what is there today and there still is not enough parking or capacity during peak times. Hugely popular with anyone that knows. Great value. Food quality always good. Very enjoyable.

“Greasy”
Reviewed June 5, 2013

Haven't been here in a while as it has a reputation of being so greasy: Nothing changed. The burger was grease soaked, as where the fries. I can say you get a lot of food... greasy, greasy food.

“Average, used to be better”
Reviewed June 3, 2013

Peter's Drive In is not as good as it used to be. Since the new owners took over a couple of years ago, I find the burgers are not nearly as tasty. I have been there on several occasions and they haven't gotten any better. I do like that they use cheddar cheese instead of processed cheese though and their new fries are a vast improvement over the dry, disgusting ones that they used to serve.
