High prices for mediocre Indian food! Compared to other Indian restaurants, GOI did not stand out. One thing that showed up on my bill was an extra charge for the lamb rogan josh. When I asked about it, i was told that there was an extra charge for choosing lamb in this dish whereas choosing beef would have cost less. That small dish with lamb that cost $13-14 anywhere else cost $20 at GOI. Where's the sense in that?

Food was fine, bit salty, and small portions. But the service was slow, there was a long wait, in all, and on the expensive side.

Large selection of popular Indian dishes and vegetables were fresh. Service was great and we were continually asked if erverything was fine. I will go back.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have their own Glory lager brewed for them by Big Rock - it is really a great beer. Good selection on menu. All food was served promptly, was hot and very fresh. Great samosas, pakoras and naan is very good. The Prawn curry was outstanding. They also have what they claim is "The Hottest Hot sauce in the world"...and boy, it is! Highly recommended

We made a very poor choice stopping in for this lunch buffet..the drawing factor was the great spice smell and cleanliness however food quailty was very substandard...the buffet was worn out, little left and quality lacking with dried out chicken, burnt naan, lacking flavour and most concerning the butter chicken had a tiny thin bone in it. When brought this situation to the attention of the maitre'd all he said was he would let his suppliers know. Buffet $17.95 per person not worth any penny of it.

Both of us left with upset stomaches having not eaten that much, not something I would expect to experience and lost it within blocks of the restaurant..a first!!
Neither of us will be going back.
