Description: Caesar's is undeniably old school. Rich surroundings of burgundy leather and dark wood finishes evoke a sense of nostalgia. The space isn't the only thing that defines Caesar's, but rather a complete package. Caesar's has been captivating diners with the best aged, individually cut to order and charbroiled beef that Alberta has to offer, the art of service and value. Returning patrons often ask for their grandfather and / or father's table for a lively discussion over dinner to celebrate a special occasion or for an important business meeting. That is because a steak dinner is more than just a meal; it can turn into a ritual of sorts, best performed not by a restaurant, but by an institution. Caesar's Steakhouse was established in 1972 and the ownership has remained with the same family since inception. Our relationship with our customers, our suppliers and our team is what has made Caesar's a tradition in the Calgary community.

Our last visit to town we manage to gather the whole family (11 of us in total) to celebrate my early birthday. This was my their visit and always enjoying our visit here. I really like the interior, classic red leather for the couches & interior... good vibe, food and the service beside there is one guy who been working there for more than 20 years, he need to put a bit more smile on his face really. Anyway, when you visit, make sure to order their caesar (while in Caesar drink caesar hahaha) they have one of the best caesar in town. For anybody who have no idea what is that, its a drink based with with clamato juice, vodka, Tabasco sauce & Worcestershire sauce. But you can also have a virgin one without vodka/non-alcoholic as I always do. Anyway, you must order the steak, the tenderness of steak, the beef quality are wonderful. my only problem was with my peppercorn sauce which too salty but their side (complimentary) soup of the day, salads and cheese bread were really good. They also have the best scampi with brown sauce for appetizer.. yuummm. Overall really recommend for anybody who would love steak an a fine dining experience.

Booked at the last minute for a business meeting. We were given a fairly quiet table and our waiter was extremely attentive to our needs. Two of us had the ribeye, while a third had the tenderloin kebabs. The steaks and kebabs were cooked to perfection and we all agreed they were the best we had ever tasted. The decor is slightly dated but it is very well maintained.

If you are looking for great service with 70s sophistication , then this is the place. Yes, there are other steak places, but they are run of the mill. The keg, salt lik etc, all have the same server 'tart' or 'twit' trying to act intellectual while while flicking their hair to one side while they attempt to provide good service.

The decor in nearly every other restaurant is usually similar to each other chain restaurant.

If you want real steak then this is the place. If you want sophisticated service in a mature atmosphere. Then the is the place.

Dated and timeless at the same time.

My steak both times I have been there has always been cooked to perfection. The decor is perfect. If Ron Burgundy had a favorite place to eat in Calgary, then this would be the place.

Only possible complaint would be the lettuce for the salad. But that's it. Each item is paired perfectly for each other.

My favorite place to eat in Calgary. Red leather opulence.

probably some of the best steak i have had. Aged properly, cooked perfectly. Fantastic beer and wine menu. The only down side i would say is that for the price i would expect better sides, the twice baked potato was good but you dont really get any other greens or sides for $40-50 per plate i expected more.

Thank Shawn B

We enjoyed a very nice old time steak house meal at Caesars with professional mature servers and comfy leather seats in a somewhat 70's style decor. Caesars appeared to be a semi casual downtown location with plenty of business folk at the tables. Lots of Impark parking lots in the area.

Our server was a mature gent who knew his business very well. He spoke with knowledge to ingredients and preparation information. I enjoyed a fantastic rack of lamb with mint jelly, my wife had a shrimp pasta. Both meals were excellent with soup, salad, and warm bread. With a bottle of wine and desert the price came in a little night - but you get what you pay for and Caesars does it very well, worth every cent.

For those who crave good food in an elegant room with excellent service should have all their expectations met at this excellent steak house.
