My wife and I had never had Peruvian food before. The restaurant is located in an outdoor mall with a lovely view of the parking lot. It is small (30 or so seats), spotlessly clean, and cheerfully decorated with Peruvian themed wall illustrations. They had switched to a buffet style a couple of days before we visited so we were able to try a wide variety of dishes including ceviche, a fish dish in which raw snapper (in this case) is "cooked" in lime juice: delicious. Other dishes included rotisserie chicken, beef and chicken stews, a really good chicken soup, fried fish with "frite" style fried potatoes, and cold salad items including cold potatoes (potatoes are native to Peru). Some dishes were mildly spicy but there were no "mouth-burners". The waiter is Peruvian by birth and was happy to explain how all the dishes were prepared along with providing excellent table service. Desserts included a Peruvian version of creme caramel and a fruit pudding, both of which my wife pronounced excellent.
They also do takeout and have a lunch buffet which the waiter told us had 95% of the dinner buffet at a better price. I expect Inti will have to relocate to larger premises soon judging by the people walking in who said they'd been there before. We will definitely return.
