Tasty food, perfect eggs and excellent coffee all mixed in with a feel good, Sunday morning vibe.

This diner is about a 20 minutes walk from downtown Calgary, but worth it. Traditional Canadian food with good ingredients, friendly staff and a good, local urban atmosphere. I especially liked the triple breakfast with eggs, sautéed red potatoes, Canadian bacon, sausages, and toast. All at reasonable prices. No fuss, non nonsense food.

This restaurant is a must ! The food is amazing, the portions are healthy and the quality is excellent. They try to source their food locally, so everything is fresh, Organic when possible and very great quality! On this visit I have the Broek Pulled pork Bennie...is that not the best of all worlds? Their potatoes are really yummy, and you get more that you need...but not more than I could eat! Yay! My family ordered the special: French toast stuffed with dark chocolate ganache and cherries & whipped cream...it was as amazing as it sounds. Even the coffee is great. They don't take reservations so you'll have to wait about 45 minutes. Get you name in and take a walk through the neighborhood. It's a gorgeous old part of Calgary and lovely to stroll in. You'll need the walk to make room for this great brunch. Enjoy!
