I wanted to try a stone oven pizzeria closer to home than Famoso in Mission or Pulcinella in Kensington. Though the toppings on my pizza, funghi, truffle oil and prosciutto, were awesome amazing, the restaurant overall lacks class and pizazz and the dough was basic. Our server was very friendly but not knowledgable of wine and the house wine was bland, though buzzy. Next time I will make the effort to drive a bit further for the atmosphere and the authentic crust.
