Just stayed here for one night after a delayed flight. Confusion with staff about what 10 minutes looks like left us standing in the cold (-26) for 20mins. waiting for the shuttle. Check in was easy and room was clean and nice. At night we found the room stuffy with little air circulation even with the air conditioner on. We both felt like we developed asthma over the night. Left the room to grab the decent break they had to enter the hall with the strong smell of aircraft exhaust. By the time we finished breakfast and returned to the room the smell was now strong in our room. We checked out early because of the poor air quality.

Went up to the desk at 6am and asked about the shuttle. Guy said it runs every 45 minutes, did not say i had to book it. Called down about the shuttle at 930 and they said it was full and they couldn't get me to the airport for almost 2 more hours. Wouldn't have stayed at an airport hotel if i knew the shuttle situation. Manager had no interest in the Hampton pledge, i was just out of luck. Offered to call me one of their taxis (at my cost), uber was far cheaper. Very bad look for the Hilton brand. No "Hamptonality"

Please accept our sincere apologies for falling short of our high quality standards. Please rest assured this is not indicative of the level of service we promised our guest.

We are saddened to hear that we failed to anticipate your shuttle needs and have failed to ask if you wanted to be on our scheduled list. You are absolutely correct, we missed our hamptonality there. As for the local taxis, we can assure you that they are all run independently and the hotel does not have any contact with them. Please rest assured that your comments are taken seriously to avoid circumstances like this in the future.

Once again, we are truly sorry and we hope to be given another opportunity to serve you.

Typical Hampton Inn. Room and breakfast were what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn. Price very reasonable. Airport shuttle had little wait and was dependable. Staff were super friendly especially person in breakfast room

Nothing more than the typical Hampton Inn experience. Poor internet connection although complimentary. The Complimentary breakfast could have been better (variety wise). Clean rooms and convenient location.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortsable. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast bar. The only thing that prevented me from giving this hotel 5 stars was the noise from the planes overhead. The hotel is very near to the airport. I didnt even notice them on the second night.
