This restaurant is fantastic for so many reasons, but above all may be the fact that the owner of this extremely successful sushi restaurant doubles as a waiter, constantly monitoring the food, service and atmosphere, and making sure it is up to the standard that has been set for this establishment. Every time I come here I decide to sit at the centre bar, and the ability to watch the chefs prepare the food is really cool, intriguing and interactive. Each plate of food is priced according to plate colour which allows you to easily keep track of your balance at any one given time. Also, the staff is efficient in turning the restaurant over quickly which is helpful considering this place is bursting at its seams at pretty much any one given time. The quality is fantastic and for the price you can't go wrong.
