Some innovative offerings here. The pork belly and the tomago starters were very fine - almost did not need to eat anything else. Sashimi was standard fare. One exception - the sockeye salmon was exceptional. Sushi maki - spicy salmon and hamachi were good - standard and tasty. Some of us could eat no more, but a couple of others had entree meals - one, black cod - which they said was super sumptuous, the other - halibut, which was well prepared.
we had an array of cocktails, wine, some had sake from the extensive list of offerings. Nice setting - dark and cool. The service was very attentive, and we felt satisfied and stuffed at the end of the meal.
