Requested early check-in for 2:30 and didn't get keys until almost 4:00 so we missed appointment. Rooms were clean but required making beds. Breakfast was very good. Rates quoted and emailed were not honored.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and provide some feedback on the shortfalls of our intended experience for you. We always try our best to accommodate early check-in requests. This is often dependent on the room type booked, previous guest in the room and their check out time / amount of clean up required. If your specific room type is not ready early we can always store luggage at the Front Office for you until the room is ready.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the quality of the breakfast offered and we are happy to hear you enjoyed it.

All confirmation letters with emailed quotes are automated reports generated from the details of your already secured reservation. If the rates "were not honored" it is because there was a modification made to your reservation's dates, room type, or cancellation policy, or there is a discrepancy and confusion caused between the online travel agency you booked with and hidden fees associated with the final amount due. All reservations are held as made otherwise and not modified at any point leading up the guest arrival unless otherwise requested.

We have stayed here before a few years ago. There has some been some wear and tear on the hotel since that time. The one elevator I wasn’t sure was going to get us to the floor. The pool was out of towels and the slide is worn out from the water. The room was ok but it was a very hot day and the heat was on, it took a long time for the temperature to come down, and it never really got cool. The breakfast wasn’t a extra charge before, but now is, which is too bad. I am sure people eat 9$ worth of food easily but not me. The room was clean, beds were ok. Lots of different pillows to choose from. Room noise is so so, not bad but not great either. You can hear housekeeping and other people in their rooms.

Hello couleee,

Thank you for returning to the hotel! We are sorry to hear of some of the shortfalls noticed during this stay. We are constantly looking for improvement and striving for a great experience. I will address the concerns mentioned with my appropriate teams. The breakfast is included or separate, depending on the rate plan at time of booking. We received feedback from a lot of our guests departing 4-6am for the Airport (before breakfast starts) that it is not fair to charge one rate (breakfast included for all guests) across the board. Instead, we now have 2 options - a significantly lesser room rate than last year, with breakfast extra at $8.99 per person for those who would like it, and a "bed and breakfast package", which includes breakfast with a similar rate as years previous. We hope this helps clarify the change and we can welcome you back for a superior experience in the future.

very nice hotel but our room had no view and they don't have a breakfast. I found the location a bit hard to find but once I did find it , navigating in the area was easy.Check in and out was very easy.

Best Western hotels are the only hotels I’ll stay in! Always clean and great service and price. Love the breakfast area and pools.. rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are always very friendly..

Staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and accommodating. Shuttle service to the airport are very convenient. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Very happy with our stay here and will use it again if visit Calgary again.
