Beautiful scenery, wildlife and the perfect place to walk your dog on a lazy Sunday afternoon with a coffee. I would only imagine it is great for a picnic in the summer providing the grass is poop free...1 full lap around the park is the perfect distance for small breed dogs for their daily walk.

I was here for a wedding - in fact, I planned this wedding. Called 311 weeks ahead to ensure the grass would be mowed. Assured it would be. Alas, the day before - arrived early for the rehearsal to find the grass calf high!!!

Called 311 and was assured it would be completed prior to our arrival the next day. It was - but the long grass was not raked up and made the site a mess!

I have spent years walking around the loop with the famous Buddy who recently passed to Dog Heaven. Very busy on weekends and you have to pick up poop, illegal to feed ducks bread because their stomachs will explode not what you want your kids to see. Coyote lived on hill to left of tunnel. He might have got taken down. Police also drive thru when ever so keep it on up and up.

What a great place to go for a walk or bike ride. The park was established in Canada's centennial year, 1967, so has well established trees and walkways. If this place can't relax you you are WAY too uptight, talk to your doctor!
