“Enjoying Calgary on a bike or foot”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

This is an excellent way to explore the city. Path runs through neighbourhoods, city centre and along the rivers. Some residents use it year round to commute to work on bikes. The city does a good job of keeping it clear of snow in the winter for use by all. Scenic a great way to move around the city.

“Ideal for getting around in bad weather”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

We used the +15 during our trip to the 2013 Stampede. In the rain on the Monday morning, it was nice to be able to move around central Calgary with some interesting diversions, cafe's and other eateries to peruse. Probably an even better alternative during the winter snow.

Would be nice to have had a map - I guess there are some out there, but we just walked out of the Delta Bow Valley and tried to go in the general direction of the Olympic Plaza - fortunately not too difficult - but the Calgary Breakfast pancakes were pretty much washed out when we got there.

“Werry handy”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

The pathway system is marked +15 on the buildings and it is like a maze. You enter the one shop and you can get to the other part of downtown without leaving the system. Its especially handy in winter times.

“no way out”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

once you are within the skywalk 15+ it's hard to orientate you and to find the way out, if you do not know the ways.

“Great way to ride or walk through your city”
Reviewed August 5, 2013

I've lived in Calgary 13 years and have had the pleasure of biking and rollerblading the pathways around Eau Claire and downtown.

The paths by the Bow River are frankly awesome. Just recently, we dropped the kids off at grandma's and my wife and I headed to Edworthy Park with our bikes. Road down to the new pedestrian bridge (that looks like a drinking straw) and back via Princes Island.

It's a great way to spend an evening. As of this review, the paths on the south side of the river just west of Crowchild Trail appear to be washed out and are currently closed. However, the paths that are currently open are still spectacular.
