Was just there for a Conference and was surprised by everything. The staff in every dept. was helpful and friendly. The room and hallways were nice an spacious, as was the bathroom. Only one bathroom complaint: the fan didn't work in the bathroom and the shower bar is mounted too far into the shower area.
The cleanliness was impressive both in the room and common areas. The pool and hot tub were perfect and allowed for us to place our own time settings. The waterslide was especially fun, even for an adult acting like a kid again :) The pool temperature was just right, as it is heated.
We ate at the Buffet restaurant for lunch and the food was excellent. It was hot and fresh and if you are a dessert fan, you will not be disappointed!
I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel as far as my experience went.
The location is in the SE, but very easy to find as it is right on Glenmore Trail East.

We had our room in the Tower so, that was ideal.

Room Tip: I would suggest spending a little more to get a room in the Tower. It is conveniently located right off the lobby, close to the pool, restaurants and lounge. Also, I can understand now from other comments on Trip Advisor that it may be a quitter location as well.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed with, best hot breakfast in town, very warm and friendly staff. Hotel has two Restaurants and a bar, lunch and dinner with weekend breakfast is very reasonably priced.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, beds are very comfertable

This is a middle of the road hotel. It is older and somewhat off the beaten path. However, for the price, it is a good value.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet. I had a garden room and it is getting a bit tired.
As of the restaurants, the food was very good and a good value for the price.
This is a great facility for conferences. The room s are spacious and well maintained.

We booked into The Tower & had family book into the garden area. Our room was very nice-comfy beds & bedding, nicely decorated & clean. Our family's room was not as good. I now understand the mixed reviews I read when booking. All amenities are great. Superb indoor pool & water slide. Would stay there again. Good value for price!

Stayed one night at this hotel and the room could not possibly have been any further away from the pool and the fitness area. When you come up to the second floor and step off the elevator, one followed the hallway to the end, then turned and went down a very long hallway to the very end. When you have a sore ankle that is just way too far to go. Room was clean and spacious, no complaints about that. I found the bed rather uncomfortable.
