The 191 meter free standing observation tower in downtown is the popular destination of tourists. You don’t get this type of experience frequently. The views from top are great.check the weather before you go.

Typical tower attraction. There was only ONE seating lounge the sat TWO PEOPLE. Only one elevator was operational. The glass floor area was easily accessible.

Choose a clear day for best views across the city and beyond. We were there stampede week so great view of saddledome and stampede arena from up there. Glass floor lookout not for the faint hearted but good experience!

For us, the view wasn't worth the admission. The building and style was very dated and the main bit of interest once at the top was the glass floor. Otherwise you can walk around the view in around a minute as there isn't much of real interest to look out at in our opinion.

We happened to be there on a clear day and the views are well worth the admission price. I especially loved the glass walkout where you could see the street below. Cars and buses looked like toys! The history display was very interesting. So neat to see Calgary from a different perspective. Doing this at the beginning of our visit helped us to see what direction we wanted to go.
