This is not a review of the many attractions at the park but of the management and staff and their customer satisfaction policy. My son and I had booked the zip line and bobsleigh run for Monday June 24th but our trip to Calgary and Medicine Hat was cancelled due to the sudden flooding of those cities. I called the Park to seek a refund on the prepaid booking and they issued one promptly and in full under the circumstances. This is just me passing along my appreciation for their understanding. We do hope to be able to make the trip at a later date and will definitely rebook at that time.
