We went on a Sat night based on other reviews.
A mass of servers complete with trained Sommelier's flutter around every table.
The services in the beginning was wicked.
The Menu was not our issue....
Chili Garlic Shrimp - great flavour and large portion.
Ahi Tuna Poke with deep fried broken wonton chips - again great flavour.
The Lobster Pot Pie - Over the top!!! huge lobster meat claw and tail pieces and creamy sauce.
the food is not what is in question.
Dessert - Rush Buttercake - YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT!! nuff said
Love the presentation of Specialty Coffee's - It's dissected.. Coffee and whipped cream comes separate from the sugar rimmed alcohol serving glass.. Smart..Love it
Curtis, our server, was amazing thru the whole night, heating up the Sake and very attentive all night until right after dessert was served. He topped off our Sake and then was called away, from whom we could only assume was his manage.
After that we saw no one for almost an hour..
I had to call over another server to ask where Curtis was, that we'd been left alone and require the bill.
He returned to inform us that Curtis was working a large party in the lounge and our bill.
I expressed my disappointment not only verbally, but my discounted tip. Which is too bad as Curtis was Awesome, but his manager should have insured that either all of Curtis's tables were closed off or covered.
The last attendant stated they all cover each others tables and apologized.
