This meal was incredible. It was a lot of small and beautifully presented courses, there must have been about 15 different dishes brought out over nearly 3 hours. It may seem expensive at first but considering what you get it is actually very reasonable value. Most of all it is an incredibly memorable meal.
I went as part of a business dinner and everybody who went loved it. There is a lot to discuss what with unusual flavour combinations and uses of techniques such as freezing in liquid nitrogen. Some of the early courses were interesting flavur tasters rather than excellent but the meat courses such as the squid ink covered pork and the venison with asparagus, mushroom and a selection of delicate sauces were amazing. Desserts also great.
The servers were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. We also were given a tour of the kitchen and all the interesting equipment they have like the anti-griddle. Very highly recommended restaurant!
