We patiently waited in line to get a table for breakfast while their inefficient and dumb system of seating guests had folks waiting long times while half the tables were available. Management in this hotel needs to understand that service should be about what guests want and not about what is convenient for the staff.
Once seated we got a nice window table with a spectacular view. We got a very cordial waiter who was a little too friendly and conversational. I came here to have breakfast with my spouse and not to make a new friend among the staff. Nevertheless it was a pleasant experience.
Our view of the less than spectacular $30 buffet made us choose the $24 ala carte breakfast. Two types of eggs Benedict were wonderful
We will return for another breakfast an hopefully try to avoid their inefficient and pretentious guest seating system.
