It was great after a walk with the kids to arrive at Lake Agnes, for the last 30 minutes of the walk we had been bribing the kids of a reward of tea and cake, the tea house delivered with kids having hot chocolate and apple crumble. All very nice and fantastic views. Downside, yes lots of other people and the cost, but what do you expect with the goods being flown out by helicopter and it being Lake Louise.

This little oasis of tranquility is the perfect spot to enjoy a jolly nice cup of tea, sandwich and a cake. Yes it's busy, yes it's a little chaotic, but the staff here serve good simple food, prepared with care and served with a smile.

You can take a hike or do as we did and horseback ride. You won't be disappointed. The view from the teahouse is unbelievable. You'll look down on Lake Louise from about 6500 feet. Enjoy a pot of tea or some of the home made delights offered near a beautiful water fall. Remember cash only.

After a long hot hike nothing could be more welcome than this tea house. An absolute credit to the owners who have to carry up all supplies on a daily basis. Beautiful setting to sit and unwind after the hike up and take In a nice drink and a lite bite.

This place becomes an iconic of the Lake Agnes trail, I guess. If you hike up to Lake Agnes, you should stop by this tea house. What could be better than relaxing your sore legs with a cup of hot tea and some good bakery.
