“Wish we had kept driving!”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

We shared a Mac Cheese and soup. The food was so bad we could not finish it and we were Hungry! Wish we had seen the reviews before we left Jasper and we would have continued on to Lake Louise area.
We saw a half BBQ chicken and chips come out for other diners and it Looked OK??
The bathrooms were clean.

“Gone Downhill”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

The Crossing used to be a fabulous place. However, they have not kept it up to date. The rooms were stuffy. The meals were way over priced. We ended up cancelling our reservation.

“Ridiculously Expensive”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

They sure take advantage of the fact that there isn't another place to eat or get gas very near to them. The food is about three times as expensive as the quality would dictate, not to mention the fact that you have to go through a cafeteria line to order and get drinks/soup. The quality of the food is standard, nothing really stood out about it. I'll be sure to bring something to snack on and a full tank of gas the next time we go through this area.

“Avoid this one”
Reviewed March 7, 2013

We ordered a ham sandwich and Mac n cheese. The ham sandwich was actually a ham salad sandwich and the Mac was not fully cooked. As soon as i got out the front door i was saddened as i didn't have any cell service, and i could not immediately warn people to stay away from here. I am certain i could have sold hot dogs off the tailgate of my truck in the corner of the parking lot that would have tasted better. I will remember to bring my lunch next time I travel.

“Horrible food and rip-off prices, avoid, keep driving!!!”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

This place does not even deserve a rating of 1. I would have given a zero if I could!

We stopped by for lunch, cost about $100 for 4 people, in a crappy cafeteria setting. The roast chicken smelled like gasoline, the pulled pork sandwich was outright disgusting! Needless to say, we did not finish our food. One of us also had a yogurt parfait dessert. The fruits on it were half rotten and yogurt tasted like it was expired. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we ever had! As a "bonus" the staff were not helpful, untidy, and unprofessional.

This outfit obviously enjoys no competition within about a 50 Km radius, and they take full advantage of it! We feel like we were suckers who paid a high price for horrible food and service. WARNING - DO NOT EVER CONSIDER EATING HERE!!!
