Stayed in Wilson Bungalow for one night. Really lovely place, with very comfy bed, new bathroom and a great shower. Fridge and mircowave and nice that you have your own parking space outside. Don't worry that it is near a main road - it did not bother us at all. Would stay again and v. conv. for Lake Lou!

This place is brilliant. Cabins are really well maintainted, service is great, staff are really friendly and location is perfect. 2 mins drive from Lake Louise, 10 minutes from Lake Moraine (which is a must see) and views from the site are really wonderful. The beds are really comfortable, showers are really good, site is very peaceful. Not much land associated with the site itself but you are just a short walk from Lake Louise and a short drive to Lake Louise town.

Gas fires in the cabin are a really nice touch, and was welcomed during recent weather!

Would definitely reccommend.

We stayed two nights with tickets for the Lake Louise Gondola thrown in. The accommodation was of the highest quality although beware there can be stairs that cases have to be carried up. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and being located just a minute or so from Lake Louise was great, especially as the monstrous Chateau Lake Louise is three times the price. There is coffee and pastries for breakfast which you can either eat in the library or take back to your room in one of the baskets provided which was a nice touch. Lake Louise can be very busy and was overated but Moraine Lake more than made up for that and made the stay worthwhile.

My husband and I stayed in Cabin 15 (a Cooper style cabin) at Paradise Lodge in Lake Louise for two nights (June 13 & 14). It was a very pretty and cozy open-plan cabin with a completely new large bathroom which had recently been added on to the cabin. There was cedar panelling inside, a comfortable queen bed, couch, kitchen table & chairs, kitchen area with dishes and pots & pans, and a deck with a gorgeous view. It is the most expensive unit they have, but we were staying during the shoulder season so got it for 2/3 the regular price, which is a really good deal for the area. I would not hesitate to stay in any of their cabins. This is a first rate place. Everything is impeccably clean, well thought out, cute and cozy. Laundry facilities are available on site and there was a Wed night talk at the Lodge on Grizzley Bear food which was very entertaining. We had friends over for dinner in our cabin and they were very impressed with the charm and comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

My family spent 3 nights here in late May, 2007. We all thought it was a wonderful place and will definitely return. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfortable, with lovely fluffy duvets. We were in a 2 bedroom unit in one of the main lodges and there was lots of room for 4 adults. The fact that we could make our own meals was a huge money -saver. We had the use of the barbecue and sat out on our own patio to eat. The unit was really nicely appointed - nothing cheap and tacky here!

This place is very close to Lake Louise - a 2 minute car ride up the road - yet doesn't have the hoards of visitors that the big hotel has. The other guests at the Lodge were quiet and considerate of others (no loud parties!).

We're already planning our next visit. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a reasonably priced, comfortable and relaxing stay in the Rockies.

We spent two nights at the Paradise Lodge and Bungalows in late September. We had what they call Suite 35--two bedrooms with queen size beds, the front one with a small sofa and TV and then a deck off of that room. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the bed very comfy. The rooms are VERY quiet---no noise from adjoining rooms or those above.

The grounds are lovely----and we were blessed with great weather so everything just glowed in the sunshine. All the staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating (something we found to be true throughout the Rockies). They offer a very minimal continental breakfast but with great coffee (coffee maker in the room as well).

Paradise has a good location about three quarters of the way up the road to Lake Louise. We would definitely stay there again.
