Beautiful views. The kitchen came in handy several times as some of the restaurants in the area have limited hours and usually require a reservation. The rooms were well stocked and clean. We took the complimentary granola bars on our hikes. The privacy moose cracked us up.
The friends we were traveling with were two rooms over. It was their honeymoon and the staff provided them with a nice card and complimentary book of photography.
We would definitely stay here again.

We were lucky enough to be given one of the suites at the front. The view was so incredible. We saved a fortune on dining out because we had full kitchen facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept beautiful and the rooms online were just as shown. We lived that it was only a 1.5 km hike to Lake Louise.

We stayed for two nights in a Cooper cabin during our road trip between Vancouver and Calgary. We nearly didn’t stay due to the cost but having read other reviews that said it was worth it we decided to go for it and balance it by having cheaper nights elsewhere. And we are so glad that we did! We loved our stay; the cabin was cosy and clean, with housekeeping every morning. We also appreciated the small breakfast basket with porridge oats and breakfast bars and you could also pick up free fruit and hot drinks from the reception lodge each morning. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the hikes in the Lake Louise area before returning from the cold to our cosy cabin in the woods. Would definitely recommend and wish we could have stayed longer.
Three of us stayed in a fairview suite. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Even the sofa bed was comfortable which is rare! Could have done with a duvet on it rather than just a blanket though as it got pretty chilly at night. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!
We were staying in lake Louise for a week while visiting our daughter. The location was good- close to the lake. The suite we stayed in had everything we needed and was kept spotlessly clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone. We loved their sense of humour with the moose in a different location each day- see photos!!
It snowed during our visit, but the lodge was nice and cosy with a fire. However, the bathroom was so cold. There was a heater, but it needed to run for an hour before the room was pleasant to use. There were no surfaces to put toiletries etc. on either, so had to use the floor. There is a good coin operated laundry.
