We are travelling Canada and staying mostly in B&B's so this property was a bit of a treat for us in terms of cost per night, but we are so pleased that we treated ourselves. We stayed in a Fuez cabin Mac Bride number 21. It is tucked at the back of the other cabins, an looks at mountains from the table and chairs on the back deck. The parking for this cabin is in front of it, therefore you hear no other cars coming and going and have complete privacy, in terms of nobody walking past your cabin.
The bed was very comfortable. The warm weather took a very cool turn the second day we were there and the cabin was indeed very cozy with a lovely little fire stove in the room.
There is a microwave and small fridge in the room, perfect for cooking the sachets of oatmeal that they leave for you. We bought salad items in Lake Louise and cooked on their bbq - there are a couple of plates and cutlery in the room. Tea and coffee are provided also in the main reception each morning to help yourself to as well as a selection of granola bars.
There is a lovely guest lounge near reception with games, books and a fireplace and big comfy lounge.
Very friendly helpful staff, their website is very easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms that are well appointed and modern (newly renovated?). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The surroundings are very picturesque. I enjoyed watching the sun set over the mountains from the bedroom.

We had a suite on the second floor in the preferred section (back from the road). I am not sure that being back from the road made that much of a difference. This place was great and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was just wonderful. We had a small individual cabin with microwave and fridge. Very comfortable and well appointed with Arts and Crafts wood-themed mountain style interior. A nice little gas-powered iron stove to keep us warm when the temperature went down. We felt like we were living in a story book. The grounds were very attractive and neat with lots of plantings and flowers; the caretaker was constantly at work to make it so. The lobby and attached library were very attractive in with a vintage mountain style. The staff was very helpful in terms of making reservations at the various great restaurants nearby. It was very convenient to Lake Louise and the chateau as well as the little shopping center down near the highway. Also not far from Lake Moraine.

Room Tip: Some of the units right near the highway might be a little noisy as there is quite a bit of traffic coming up the steep hill. However, our unit which was about a half block in from the highway was very quiet.

This was the highlight of all accommodations on our trip through BC and Alberta. The lodge is extremely clean and cozy. The rooms are decorated in a warm-hearted, rustic way. It was spacious and fully equipped. The view was beautiful from the balcony - there is nothing nicer than a hot cup of coffee watching the mountains during sunset. The staff was very kind and helpful. We absolutely loved the little morning goodies (coffee and granola bars) available at the reception. They raise your mood for the whole day!
