Stopped in for some breakfast wraps after reading online reviews. They were really great. Made with your choice of spinach, sundried tomato or whole wheat wrap and loaded with combinations of egg, cheese, sausage, bacon, ham, tomato, onion and peppers. You also get your choice of sauce for the wrap. We ordered "The Cure" loaded with all the meat options, veggies, egg and cheese (local's favourite). Great hearty breakfast to go, very filling and well worth the $7-$8. They also serve an array of coffee, baked goods and lunch options. There was a bit of a wait to order and a wait for the food preparation but everything was made fresh and came piping hot. Delicious!

My family of 5 had been driving for hours and dreaded finding a place to eat in the super-busy and expensive Lake Louise area. We came in the Trailhead Café and were so pleased to find a large and creative menu of wraps and sandwiches at a reasonable price ($8.75)! The workers were very friendly, despite the long line, and I loved being able to customize my wrap. Our orders were made in front of us and it was incredibly fresh and yummy. They cooked the bacon for my mom's BLT after she ordered and sautéed any onions, meat, or veggies individually for each order. They even used a Panini press for some of the wraps (like the pizza one my husband ordered) so everything was warm. Loved this place!

We tried this cafe on a tripadvisor recommendation as we were so fed up with the rubbish being served at the Fairmont ;-)

This is a great little no frills place with very nice (all freshly made) breakfast fare... The omelette's were great as was the salmon bagel (which was much better than the one at the Fairmont and less than half the price!) and the coffee was delicious.

It also seemed to be a good spot for hikers taking things away for their days activities; we were there at around 8:45am and within 20 minutes there was a small queue developing... which they deal with quite efficiently.

Despite the fact that it overlooks a parking lot, there are fabulous views to the mountains if you just raise your eyes slightly! :-) We managed to grab the 4 stools at the bar table in the window and have a very nice and relaxing breakfast... there are also a couple of tables for 2 outside if you get there by 8/8:30am...

There are also some picnic tables by the river less than a minutes walk away, so if you want a peaceful spot and to watch the river for a few minutes, you can grab a takeaway to one of the picnic tables...

Definitely recommend...

A great stop to make when hunger strikes. Refuel before or after a hike.
Plenty of sandwiches and wraps at a fair price.

Granted the town of Lake Louise is tiny, but we were in town awhile and this place has the best quick breakfast in the area. The burrito is easy to eat in the rig on your way to the next hike. There is no seating. You wait in a small area for your freshly prepared order, but its a great morning stop.
