We were feeling lazy and figured we'd stay at the hotel for dinner--didn't necessarily expect a transcendent culinary experience from this tiny sushi bar in the middle of the Canadian Rockies--but very pleasantly surprised to report this as our favorite dinner in Canada! The "winter special" was incredibly well priced, and provided so much food. Delicious sushi, tempura, sukiyaki. Service was also outstanding. Unforgettable dessert--plum wine sorbet w/ blood orange and carmelized cookie. Highly recommend!
