We ate at the Bow Valley Grill our 1st night in Banff. We had driven down from Lake Louise and decided last minute to just stay at the hotel after checking in for dinner. It was busy but we were able to get a reservation. The hostess when we arrived was not all that friendly and treated us like we were annoying her by being there. Once seated however we were treated very well from our server. There were a few groups dining in the restaurant so it was quite busy and very noisey. We were not ignored and enjoyed our dinner very much. It is pricey but it is a hotel restaurant so we expected as much.
